The property is not a resort. It does not have Sree rated facilities. The breakfast was passable. May be that’s the reason; they ask you to pay upfront. The check out time 10 am is plain rude. Housekeeping services poor.

le personnel est très attentif grande chambre avec literie confortable

la localisation est mauvaise sur la carte de booking, il s'agit en fait de l'hotel Haveli backwater resort situé beaucoup plus près du port

Very clean and great staff

We got in late at night and this was ideally located to board houseboat the next day. Staff were great but service from Jinas was exceptional - thank you!

« Bel hotel , tres bon emplacement pour prendre un bateau .Personnel de reception a former. »

Tres beau batiment et tres belle reception. Bon petit dejeuner indien et tres bon accueil dans la salle de restaurant le matin et le soir. Bon massage a leur spa.

Les chambres sont grandes et ont sans doute ete renovees mais de nombreux details seraient a revoir : peinture de la porte de salle de bain pas terminee, de la poussiere dans les coins, un refrigerateur mais vide, serviettes de bain propres mais bien defraichies. Le personnel de la reception s est montre tres penible des notre arrivee en nous demandant des papiers complementaires en plus de nos passeports et nos visas (c'est la premiere fois que cette situation nous arrivait alors que nous avions deja sejourne dans de nombreux hotels en Inde). Nous leur avons demande d'appeler la police qui leur expliquera que nous n'avions pas besoin de ce papier officiel qui nous etait demande. Ils ont alors change d'avis et nous avons pu rester les 2 nuits.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was OK. The location is good. It's near by some shopping centres. Got some nice experience from the street shops. Will come back again.

The pool was clean , the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was large too! The location was awesome for catching boats too! It was quiet as well.

Walls were paper thin, as in I could hear the man in the next room snoring like he was sleeping in my bed. Lots of bugs get in the hotel because they keep hall windows open with no screens and there is no mosquito netting so was bothered by bugs ar night. They sprayed some sort of pesticide and the next morning all the bugs were dead on the floor. I'm sure whatever they sprayed can not be food for you. That said , I understand why they use it and they are not the only ones. This happened at nearly all the south india hotels we stayed at.(pesticide spraying).

Bon lit et grandeur de la chambre.

Hôtel vieillissant, besoin de rénovation, le personnel à la salle à manger ne connaissent pas le menu, quand on paie 220.00$ cac par nuit on a droit à un peut de classe.

Emplacement ok. Bel Hôtel de l'extérieur et intérieur s'il était entretenu.

Hôtel mal entretenu.......chambre avec literie très sale! draps non changés à l'arrivée avec des taches partout sur les taies d'oreillers et le dessus de lit. Oreillers pourris ! une horreur ! complètement jaunes auréolés . Frigo qui ne marche dans aucune chambre. Suite à nos demandes, le personnel nous a remplacé la literie avec oreillers neufs . Attitude correct.
